How do I buy a cash voucher?
Choose a voucher on the Shop page and check out securely online — we'll email your voucher code, redeemable at any stall in the food court. Prefer to ask first? Send us a note on the Contact page.
What can I order online?
You can buy digital cash vouchers, book office and event catering, and grab prepaid lunch passes — all on the Shop page, with island-wide catering delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our site.
How much notice do you need for catering?
For bento sets and buffet catering we recommend at least 2–3 working days' notice. We'll confirm timing and delivery when we process your order.
Where are you located?
You'll find our address, opening hours and a map on the Contact page — we're easy to reach and open daily.
Do the cash vouchers expire?
Our digital cash vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used across any stall in the food court.
Do you cater for large groups and events?
Yes — from office lunches to celebrations, our buffet and bento packages scale to your headcount. Message us on the Contact page and we'll tailor a spread for you.
Can I get catering delivered?
Yes. We deliver and set up catering across Singapore — just let us know your location and time when we confirm your order.
